Happy New Year

Happy New Year to Everyone. There's something wonderful about a new year starting. Its kinda like getting saved, every thing is fresh and new and you can start all over again. Several years ago, I heard someone say that you should take several weeks to decide on what your resolutions should be. hmmmmmm.... i don't know if it works or not but i try to put a lot of thought in what i want to accomplish. More often than, not i read back and find i haven't accomplish much. i guess a little is more than i would of accomplished by not trying at all.

One thing i do want to do more of this year is promoting my business with "Close to my Heart" . I'm currently working on some workshops and a spring idea book party. If there is anything you would be interested in seeing or doing, Please let me know.

Natl Paper Crafting Month

starts soon. Close to my Heart has a awesome new campaign starting December 16th.

Time for Updating

I am a slacker that's all I can say about me. Life has been busy and although that's no excuse its the only thing I can say. What has been going on. My new grand baby arrived July 18th. She is adorable. I could go on and on about her but that would bore most everyone. I've been trying to get my "Close to my Heart" business up and running. I went to convention in July, had a great time learning lots of new stuff. Went to regional in Detroit, learned even more. Got to stay the weekend with Abby and Todd, we had a great time. I helped her make some curtains for her office. I must say they turned out cute. Work at the mission is finally getting back to normal with the audit done and over with for another year.

I 'm having my first card workshop in a couple weeks. any one wanting to work on Christmas cards, we are making 25 that day with supplies to make 25 more now or later. My friend from California is coming down in a couple of weeks so hip hip hooray for vacation.

Happy Anniversity Rachel and Mike

This is Rachel and Mikes 5th wedding anniversity. They usually do something or go somewhere special. But not this year. Rachel is Expecting a bundle of joy in another 9 days. she has the smackdown on her to stay inactive and keep her feet up. So they are on there way to Indy for Dinner. Congraduations! Next year you can go somewhere and i can Babysit, Isabella!!!
